Terms
These terms apply to all sponsorships and listings. These terms may be changed by EstatePlanningLinks.com at any time, by written notice to the subscriber.
Your commitment is for one month at a time, payable in advance. Your card will be billed automatically until you terminate your subscription. There are no refunds, but you may terminate for any future month by email notice given to eplinfo@elderlawfirm.com. All content and listings are subject to prior approval and may be ended by EstatePlanningLinks at any time at its sole discretion. Any termination by EstatePlanningLinks.com that results a partial month listing will be refunded to the subscriber, based on a pro rata amount for that month.
Each listing is currently input manually, so the listing does not appear immediately. However, you are not charged until the start of the second month after you submit your order. In that way, you will receive some or all of the first month's listing free. Estate Planning Links.com may decline any listing, for any reason. Estate Planning Links.com may add any disclaimer language to the site, to clarify that Estate Planning Links.com does not necessarily endorse any advertiser on the site.
